Abstrak

Preeclampsia is a disease with a high mortality rate. The occurrence of preeclampsia based on onset can be detected by examining the biomarkers consisting of Soluble FMS-Like Tyrosine Kinase 1 (Sflt-1) and Placental Growth Factor (PIGF). This study was aimed at determining the concentrations and ratio of Sflt-1 to PIGF in early- and late-onset of preeclampsia. A cross sectional comparative study in General Center Hospital of DR. M. Djamil Padang, Pariaman Regional Hospital, Aisiyah Pariaman Hospital, and Padang Pariaman Regional Hospital was conducted for 2 years. ……

Abstrak

BACKGROUND: Preeclampsia is a disease with the high mortality rate. Data indicate that 23.5% of maternal deaths due to preeclampsia. Urine protein testing is essential for pregnant women to discover the function of kidney during pregnancy and to identify the presence of preeclampsia, both mild and severe, which it can lead to eclampsia. Preeclampsia based on onset can also be detected by examining serum biomarkers of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF).

Abstrak

Objective: To know the effect of vaginal delivery and elective caesarean section in total colony of bifidobacterium in newborn’s faeces. Method: All the research subject who has fulfilled the inclusion criteria, the newborn’s faeces taken on the 3rd to 4th day after delivery. One cc of faeces diluted into 9 cc thioglycolate in a sterile tube and sent to the Microbiology Laboratory of Hospital of Dr. M. Djamil Padang for the examination of colony of bifidobacterium.

Abstrak

 The Open Government Policy is a tool for achieving an increase in the quality of democracy in a country to improve meeting the needs of the people through an open policy governance. This policy generates various benefits for the business world and citizens, including for the government that implements the policy. Then this concept of openness sparked a movement that was followed globally, the emergence of government data portals that continue to spread, created by governments and multilateral independent teams working with governments working to develop open government data in a country. In Indonesia the open government movement has been responded to by the Indonesian government through Open Government Indonesia (OGI) which has been rolling since 2011 both in central government and regional government.

Abstrak

Kinerja seseorang yang rendah selain disebabkan oleh manajemen skill juga dapat disebabkan oleh motivasi pekerja yang rendah. Motivasi sendiri merupakan serangkaian sikap dan nilai-nilai yang mempengaruhi individu untuk mencapai hal yang spesifik sesuai dengan tujuan individu. Adanya interaksi yang baik antar unit kelompok dapat menyebabkan motivasi kerja menjadi tinggi. Apabila motivasi tinggi, maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat. Abstrak

The development of science also has a significant impact on the development of good health service provision. One of the developments in the field of health services is the renewal of electronic medical records. Where the benefits of electronic medical records are of course as a basis or guide to knowing and analyzing diseases and knowing the treatment, care and medical action that must be given to patients, as well as improving the quality of service to protect medical personnel in the promotion of optimal public health. Then this electronic medical record can also be used as a type of evidence to be able to make light of a certain legal event.
